Overview of Qualified Life Events
Once you choose your benefit elections, you cannot change them until the next open enrollment. The only exception is if you have a qualified life event such as:
You must notify the Associates Services Department within 30 days of
the event to change your benefits. If you don't, you will have to wait
until the next open enrollment.
