Aunt Hattie's Breads participates in Las Vegas "Character Counts" Run
Aunt Hattie's Breads sampled their new Aunt Hattie's All Natural breads on Saturday October 4 at the Second Annual "Character Counts" 5K and 1 mile fun run, held at the Donald W. Reynolds Scouting Resource Center in Las Vegas. Events began at 8:00 a.m. on the northeast corner of Warm Springs and Paradise Road. Prizes, food and T-shirts were given away to race participants.
Each variety of Aunt Hattie's new All Natural breads are named after a southwest location such as "Sedona 9-grain" and "Grand Canyon 100% Whole Wheat". Each one is made with natural ingredients such as whole grains, unbleached flours, and non-hydrogenated oils. These low fat breads are available in area grocery stores starting Monday, October 6.
Proceeds collected from "Character Counts" race entry fees will go toward the Boulder Dam Area Council Boy Scouts of America. Boy Scouts of America helps to instill values in young people and in other ways prepare them to make ethical choices during their lifetime in achieving their full potential.
