Chicken Salad Deluxe
 

Servings: Makes approximately 4 sandwiches.
8 slices Aunt Hattie's The Naturals 100% Whole Grain bread
3 cups chicken cooked and diced
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup diced red bell peppers
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sprouts
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup sliced seedless grapes (optional)

 

  1. Combine chicken, pecans, celery, red bell pepper, and grapes (if used).

  2. Mix together the sour cream, mustard, salt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to make a dressing.

  3. Mix the dressing with the chicken.

  4. Spread on Aunt Hattie's The Natural 100% Whole Grain bread and top with sprouts and onions.
