slices Aunt Hattie's The Naturals 100% Whole Grain bread |
| 3 |
cups chicken cooked and diced |
| 1/2 |
cup chopped pecans, toasted |
| 1 |
cup chopped celery |
| 1/3 |
cup diced red bell peppers |
| 1/4 |
cup sour cream |
| 1 |
teaspoon mustard |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 |
cup mayonnaise |
| 1/2 |
cup sprouts |
| 1/2 |
red onion, thinly sliced |

Juice from 1/2 lemon |
| 1/2 |
cup sliced seedless grapes (optional) |

Combine chicken, pecans, celery, red bell pepper, and grapes (if used).

Mix together the sour cream, mustard, salt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to make a dressing.

Mix the dressing with the chicken.

Spread on Aunt Hattie's The Natural 100% Whole Grain bread and top with sprouts and onions.
