Molasses Bread Pudding

cups day-old Aunt Hattie's Homestyle Buttermilk Bread, cut into cubes |

cup raisins |
| 2 |
eggs |
| 2½ |
cups milk |
| 1/8 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 |
cup dark molasses |
| 1 |
tablespoon butter |
| 2 |
tablespoons sugar |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon cinnamon |

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine bread cubes and raisins in a 1½-quart casserole dish.

In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk and salt; blend in molasses.

Pour milk mixture over bread cubes.

Dot with butter. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
