Parmesan Toast Strips

slices Aunt Hattie's Split Top White Bread, toasted |

cup melted margarine |
| ½ |
teaspoon onion salt |
| 1 |
cup corn chips, finely crushed |
| ¼ |
cup grated Parmesan cheese |

Preheat oven to 400º.

Remove crust from toasted bread slices.

Cut each slice into 5 strips.

In a bowl, combine margarine and onion salt.

Roll strips in mixture.

In another bowl, combine corn chips and Parmesan cheese.

Dip one side of strip in cheese mixture; place cheese side up on baking sheet.

Bake or 5 to 8 minutes or until crisp.
