Parmesan Toast Strips
 

 

4 slices Aunt Hattie's Split Top White Bread, toasted
¼ cup melted margarine
½ teaspoon onion salt
1 cup corn chips, finely crushed
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

  1. Preheat oven to 400º.

  2. Remove crust from toasted bread slices.

  3. Cut each slice into 5 strips.

  4. In a bowl, combine margarine and onion salt.

  5. Roll strips in mixture.

  6. In another bowl, combine corn chips and Parmesan cheese.

  7. Dip one side of strip in cheese mixture; place cheese side up on baking sheet.

  8. Bake or 5 to 8 minutes or until crisp.
